Under the guidance of the E-Commerce Manager, the selected candidate will be tasked with planning and overseeing the daily operations of Bikini Village's online platform. The role involves contributing to the formulation of e-commerce strategies and implementing changes and projects aimed at maximizing the website's sales potential.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in the creation of strategic plans for e-commerce; Work alongside the content strategy and creative teams to design digital banners and other marketing initiatives while maintaining Bikini Village's brand identity; Coordinate daily operations, including the execution of promotional campaigns; Organize and maintain the web calendar; Draft and update briefing documents; Monitor project progress; Ensure quality testing and control; Enhance the customer experience by continuously improving the design, content, navigation, brand image, performance, and functionality of the site; Regularly assess website performance to identify issues and opportunities, proposing solutions accordingly; Ensure adherence to best practices in e-commerce; Conduct effective benchmarking regularly; Stay informed about e-commerce trends; Foster effective communication and collaboration with various departments and teams.Candidate Profile
E-Commerce Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of best practices and can apply them effectively. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field; 3 years of experience in an e-commerce role; Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (preferred); Familiarity with Optimizely (preferred); Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar performance analysis tools; Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred); Basic knowledge of SEO (preferred); Familiarity with digital media; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Bilingual in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills (necessary for marketing campaigns targeting the Canadian market).
