Position Overview: The Assistant Store Leader plays a crucial role in collaborating with store management to achieve outstanding financial performance. This position is responsible for leading the team to drive sales, enhance customer relationships, and oversee operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate a loyal clientele through proactive outreach and relationship-building with new customers.
  • Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with store management to create strategies that enhance customer retention and attract new clientele through events and marketing.
  • Team Development: Ensure all associates are trained in sales techniques and are utilizing their client books effectively to boost sales.
  • Leadership: Model exceptional customer service and sales practices, while assisting in achieving financial targets.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding of new team members, providing ongoing performance assessments.
  • Brand Representation: Communicate the brand's aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, maintain payroll budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Preferred college degree and experience in luxury goods.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
