Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the overall store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promoting products and services.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Financial Management: Oversee the store's financial performance, including managing cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
