Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Store 119. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
