- Collaborate with senior management on promotional activities, marketing strategies, and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a retail setting.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff members.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and other retail management software.
