Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team at Movado Group as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, preferably in the luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and customer service excellence in a high-end retail environment
  • Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, revenue growth, and loss prevention
  • Coach and train store personnel to achieve personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team to drive store success
  • Implement and maintain effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including watch sizing and battery changes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong selling skills and ability to drive sales growth
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
