About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Operations Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Concierge, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage guest interactions, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our company values and culture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
