Resort Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Blackcomb Lodge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
- Team Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for our hotel staff, including hiring and training new team members.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain our hotel's high standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, organized, and a team player.
- Personal Suitability: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 40 hours per week.
