Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our team in the province of Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong business relationships with our existing and potential customers, generating sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and understanding of their needs
  • Present our specialized fall protection products and services to potential customers
  • Follow up on tenders, negotiations, and project closures
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies
  • Identify and develop new markets and improve sales
  • Support the estimating team by making quotation visits
Measures of Success
  • Sales and gross margin
  • New customers (net)
  • Customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
  • Technical background in industry, aeronautics, construction, engineering, or similar field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Available to travel in the province of Quebec
  • Bilingual, written and spoken
  • 50 to 70% of travel
