- Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) and ten years of experience, or University Certificate and nine years of experience, Bachelor's degree option finance and seven years of experience, or Master's degree and five years of experience.
- Experience: Experience in managing and coaching a consulting/business development team, experience in business development in the financial field, and experience as a mutual fund representative.
- Skills: Client-focused, critical thinking, decision making, diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, learning agility, managerial courage, mobilization, partner development, problem solving, resiliency, risk management, strategy execution, and stress management.
