International Franchise Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Franchise Manager to join our team at Ardene. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our franchise partners across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Franchise Partner Management: Lead and manage our franchise partners in all aspects of operating our brand, including business planning, growth strategies, and performance analysis.
- Business Planning and Growth: Develop and implement business plans for each territory, aligning with franchise partners and key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify opportunities to grow the business, and work with the internal team to develop effective strategies to achieve targets.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders to ensure projects and tasks meet targets and timelines.
- Performance Analysis and Improvement: Lead weekly analysis of business performance with franchise partners, align on action plans, and monitor performance.
- Inventory Management: Supervise the inventory cycle and identify opportunities to improve or sustain optimal performance with inventory levels.
- Marketing and Licensing: Coordinate seasonal marketing strategies with licensing partners and the Ardene marketing team.
- Onboarding and Training: Lead the process of introducing new licensing partners to Ardene's functions and procedures.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in franchising retail management, with progressive international store operations experience.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership and ability to work cross-functionally, cross-culturally, and build strong relationships and partnerships.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Travel and Flexibility: Flexibility to travel and visit franchise partners and stores, with ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
