**The impact you'll make**:
The Influencer & Partnerships Manager, will be responsible for creating and managing Saje Influencer & Partnerships strategy, to build brand awareness, EMV and extraordinary brand experiences, and working closely with the Brand & Creative teams as well as our Channels Teams (Retail, Community, Digital, Social )

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers..

**What you'll do**:
The Influencer & Partnerships Manager takes on a key role in the management and execution of Saje’s marketing efforts, from an influencer and brand partnerships perspective. The Influencer & Partnerships Manager will have a strong contribution to the Saje’s brand awareness growth and will need to be highly KPIs driven with a strong Marketing & brand sensitivity.

Influencer Management
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.
- Strengthen current influencer strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content and networking.
- Retain the current influencer base, as well as identify, actively source & reach out to new influencers in line with the brand voice and overall business strategy for ongoing & upcoming campaigns + maintain relationships.
- Strategically scale Saje Circle ambassador program to drive EMV and stronger pipeline of UGC content.
- Create and deliver influencer briefs/guidelines + prepare & negotiate contracts for sponsored content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the marketing team, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
- Experience hosting influencer events including management and tactical execution to foster relationship building and brand loyalty.
- Working closely with Social Media Manager to collaborate with external content creators to facilitate content for social media organic usage.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Saje stays at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, report, and analyze influencer campaigns to enable best practices and advise on best strategies using relevant tools.
- Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Partnerships Management
- Creating and implementing full partnerships strategy for Saje Natural Wellness: from one-time initiatives and collaborations to more longer-term partnerships, to product co-development.
- Owning Saje Brands partnerships from start to finish: through regular meetings and diligent project management to lead and facilitate across all projects.
- Owning the day-to-day communication with Saje Brands partners and work to build a strong business to business relationship through a clear contact strategy, including negotiating partnerships terms & conditions.
- Managing any promotional activity surrounding the partnership launch.
- Managing the budget for the partnership in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Collaborating closely with Saje Social, Digital, Creative teams to deliver relevant content about the partnership to drive further channel growth and engagement across all channels.
- Leading and managing all brand partnerships reporting and providing thoughtful recommendations for future collaborations.

**We'd love to hear from you if you hold**:

- Substantial experience (5+ years) in Influencer & Partnerships Strategy in a B2C environment. An experience in the Wellness, Beauty, Sports, or Apparel industry is a must.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Strong roster of existing relationships with influencer and key opinion leaders and experience managing and executing influencer events
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices
