Business Development Representative

Aquiform services a network of pool and spa dealers across Ontario with a comprehensive portfolio of products from leading industry suppliers. Aquiform is known for its competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. We provide timely and efficient deliveries to an extensive customer base with the support of our experienced sales force who have deep roots in the industry.
This Ontario-based role reports to Aquiform’s Vice-President of Sales and consists prospecting new dealer accounts across the province and effectively managing a sales pipeline. Location is based as remote/on the road, territory in the GTA or SW Ontario.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- New business generation from prospective Pool & Spa Retailers, Builders and Maintenance firms
- Nurture relationships and grow business from existing dealer accounts
- Provide regular updates to clients on new products, services, or enhancements
- Ensure clients are satisfied with Aquiform services and address any issues or concerns
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers
- Provides quotes and product data as needed by customers
- Close sales and support order fulfillment to assure smooth delivery
- Supports purchasing, marketing, A/R and customer service teams where required
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pool and spa business-to-business sales
- A proven track record of sales and business development in a wholesale environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong customer orientation skills with the ability to build relationships and to influence decision makers
- Ability to cold call on prospective clients
- Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel to dealers across Ontario
