Job Description:

Haefner Consulting & Staffing is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive sales excellence and grow our customer base. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, educating them on our innovative AIDC solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the value of our products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage sales activity, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance objectives, including sales targets and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with peers and industry partners to bring the best technology solutions to customers.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a revenue-generating environment.
  • Post-secondary education and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and fluency in English (written and oral).
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, with a natural curiosity and desire to learn and grow.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
