We're looking for a **B2B Inside Sales Manager **who will be part of our corporate office team working together to identify new channels, grow our existing client base, and identify new sales strategies. As a sales Manager for a security services company, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account management.

- Identifying potential customers and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Attending industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
- Staying informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Direct development of both existing and new client relationships through targeted prospecting and sales programs within designated territories.
- Conduct cold-calling campaigns to promote the company’s products and build an opportunity pipeline.

- To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of security services, industry regulations, and compliance requirements is also important._

- Customer Service: 5+ years (preferred)
- B2B: 5+ years

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise
