Our Inside Sales Manager position is for enthusiastic sales professionals that drive our outbound prospecting and sales efforts. You seek out and identify new opportunities across multiple segments utilizing various prospecting methods, sales acumen, data, and detailed CRM management. With our mission to aggressively expand our Construction, Warehouse and Traffic divisions, we are helping firm focus on what matters most, their assets and their workforce.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Identifying potential customers and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Attending industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
- Staying informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Direct development of both existing and new client relationships through targeted prospecting and sales programs within designated territories.
- Conduct cold-calling campaigns to promote the company’s products and build an opportunity pipeline.
- Keeping the energy up and a positive attitude engaged among the team;
- Responsible for keeping up to date with new Product features and updates
- Responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities, setting meetings and closing new business

- Experience with relationship building
- B2B sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- 4+ years of sales experience, including cold-calling and full sales cycle with a demonstrated track record of success.
