With our team rapidly growing in British Columbia, we are seeking an ambitious and organized **B2B Associate** to join us in Vancouver. As a key player in our B2B sales team, you will empower businesses to exceed their goals through innovative design, engaging content, and strategic marketing initiatives.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions from the clients we represent.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and promote products and services to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Schedule and lead in-person meetings with prospective clients to present and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Engage in daily coaching sessions with the Campaign Manager to refine strategies, enhance skills, and grow professionally.
- Sell salon and spa furniture products to businesses of all sizes.
- Identify and analyze client business requirements, providing tailored solutions using a consultative, needs-based sales approach.
- Negotiate and close new business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to management for strategy optimization.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Process and submit sales orders promptly for database input.

- **What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum **1-2 years** of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
- Proven success in outbound or inbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Dynamic, results-driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and foster solid business relationships.
- Adaptability and innovation in a fast-changing industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while holding oneself accountable for individual and team performance.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
