We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in B2B sales, and a good understanding of e-commerce and CRM tools, especially Shopify. This role is crucial in helping Renso Foods establish a strong presence in the Canadian market by developing new business relationships and expanding our customer base.

Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities with supermarkets, restaurants, and other potential partners to promote and distribute Renso products across Canada
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the B2B sector.
E-commerce and CRM: Utilize Shopify and CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and optimize the online shopping experience for B2B clients.
Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and insights to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on B2B sales.
E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and CRM tools, particularly Shopify.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi or Punjabi is highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
Driving license: A valid Ontario's driving license is required for travel between client locations and deliveries when necessary.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Gas and phone allowance up to $500 per month
