Applicants must have previous customer service experience working in a results oriented environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical. A proficiency in both verbal and written English and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Entering orders, invoicing, answering customer inquiries are some of the duties required. An interest in embroidery is an asset but not required.
We are a small office and we all help each other. We all ship, answer phones, enter orders, etc. as needed.
