DUTIES:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Upselling additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Processing customer orders and invoices
- Basic cleaning/organizing to ensure a tidy store-front
- Providing accurate and efficient data entry for customer records
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintaining a general level of camera and photography equipment knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Able to process shipping and receiving requests

SKILLS
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to navigate computer systems and perform data entry accurately
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
