About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Services Assistant to join our team at the BC Public Service Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including processing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process essential correspondence for the Branch, including issuing insurance certificates, indemnities, and audit letters.
  • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including payments and monthly reports.
  • Maintain organized records and manage offsite storage.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity in a busy office environment.
  • Preference may be given to applicants with experience and/or training in ARCS/ORCS, EDRMS, CAS, and CLIFF.
