Brown & Brown Canada has an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Service Associate supporting our Markham & Toronto teams

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Essential duties and responsibilities _include the following but not limited to._- Provide technical support to the assigned team and act as a liaison for administrative assignment as requests from the team to clients on behalf of the Client Advisor.- Process and issue automatic renewals downloaded into the Broker Management System (BMS).-
- Obtain approval from Client Service Assistants (CSA) or Client Advisors (CA) for any premium increases of 10% or higher or changes in limits before proceeding with renewal processing.- Input all documents and correspondence into the Broker Management System (BMS).- Assist with invoice processing and certificate issuance, as instructed by CSA or CA (for non-RIBO TSAs).- Answer phone calls, route faxes, and greet clients.- Manage front desk operations.- Process incoming and outgoing mail.- Demonstrate strong organizational and verbal communication skills.- Maintain a positive attitude and handle multiple tasks efficiently.- Undertake miscellaneous projects assigned by the Supervisor or Director. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1+ years of insurance experience in Commercial Lines (RIBO license encouraged).- Strong organizational and good verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Outlook, with some experience in Applied and MS Office.- Efficient in TAM and/or EPIC.- Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
