We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic mobile repair facility. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with leadership abilities who is passionate about quality, efficiency, and fostering a positive team environment. As a Technical Team Lead, you will provide operational support, lead the repair process, and ensure consistent performance and quality standards within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Support: Oversee the installation and configuration of computers, OEM tools, and peripherals.

Team Management: Liaise with teams to ensure appropriate staffing, turn-around times, inventory levels, and quality standards are maintained.

Process Improvement: Design, implement, and continuously improve repair processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Technical Guidance: Provide leadership and support to technicians, helping them resolve issues and respond to inquiries effectively.

Capacity Planning: Analyze and report on capacity needs for the technical repair process to ensure seamless operations.

Error Resolution: Proactively identify and fix errors in the repair process, working closely with OEMs to escalate and resolve technical issues.

Technical Documentation: Develop, review, and organize technical documents and work instructions for repairs.

Team Development: Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous skill development, organizing training sessions and ensuring all team members are adequately trained.

Inventory & Scheduling: Monitor parts and materials required for repairs, ensuring production schedules are met on time.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all workplace operating, environmental, health, and safety procedures and guidelines.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, management, and OEMs to drive resolution for customer repair/production issues.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational abilities to guide and support a team.

Familiarity with electronic equipment and computer systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality error-free work.

Quick learner with a proactive approach to tackling issues.

**Education and Experience**:
3-5 years of related work experience in a technical repair or mobile device repair setting.

Post-secondary training or certifications in relevant fields (e.g., electronics, IT, mobile repair) is considered an asset.

**Additional Information**:
Language Requirement: Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Work Schedule: Day shift.

Work Location: On-site at our repair facility in Markham.
