**Responsibilities**:

- Perform inspection, testing and repair of smartphones and Tablets
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Consistently produce quality error free work
- Responsible for diagnosing mobile devices using Manufacturer’s authorized testing tools
- Analyze mobile devices for the purpose of determining the root cause
- Determine parts to be replaced and perform all technical functions following the Manufacturer’s technical manuals. Including installing, maintaining, repairing, replacing of device hardware, electronic components, and peripherals, etc.
- Upgrade operating systems
- Complete all required shop floor system updates and paperwork
- Requesting and monitoring parts and materials to fulfill repair/production schedules
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with teams to ensure proper staffing, turn-around time, parts inventory level, quality level, can be achieved
- Supervising the work of all staff within the team
- Escalate customers/client repair/production issues to management team and related Manufacturers, and drive for problem resolution
- Organizing team members to ensure documents and requests from OEM are updated, distributed to relevant team members, and executed accordingly
- Organizing relevant training sessions and ensuring adequate training is achieved for each team member
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Follow workplace operating and environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines
- Other duties assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required**:

- Ability to schedule own tasks and handle assigned projects independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to perform in-depth problem solving.
- Administer consistent corrective action when required.
- Familiarity with computer systems and handling electronic equipment is required.
- Quick learning and adaptive nature.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

**Education and/or Experience**
- 3-5 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of educations and experience.
- Post-secondary training and/or certification is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
