In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Technical Services Coordinator at our Markham Head Office. This position is classified as associate level with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced role (Lead Technical Services Coordinator) in the future.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a 40+ hour work week for 12-15 technicians while also scheduling our shutdown and overtime jobs during the weeknights/on weekends based on technician skill level and availability.
- Dispatching emergency calls and re-routing techs where needed based on urgency and re-scheduling accordingly.
- Scheduling work for up to 3+ months in advance for Maintenances by coordinating with Hydro companies across the GTA, our customers, and based on our availability.
- Pulling ESA permits for all necessary work and sending the reports as required within 2 weeks.
- Create and dispatch jobs in our system, sending reports to clients once completed, and bill all jobs within 2 weeks of completion.
- Other ad-hoc duties that you may be assigned from time to time to help out the team.

**What you bring to the table**:

- At least one (1) year of dispatching and/or scheduling experience is required.
- Knowledge of the industry as a whole is required (_Expertise in the electrical service industry is highly preferred_).
- Proven administrative experience in Excel, Outlook Calendar, PDF, and Procore.
- An Entrepreneurial spirit with a constant desire to improve current processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
- Ability to think critically and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- A strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
