Motive Force Tech Canada Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Officer to join our team in Vancouver. The Executive Officer will play a critical role to ensure operational excellence.

**Duties**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications, both internal and external.
- Manage the team's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with customers
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Proven experience (10 years) in leadership roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong planning and business development skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Immersive Extended Reality (XR) knowledge, particularly in virtual and augmented reality technologies.
- Experience or familiarity with the rehabilitation sector, particularly in utilizing technology for therapeutic purposes.

**Note**: Experience in immersive XR technologies and familiarity with the rehabilitation sector will be considered significant assets for this role, as Motive Force Tech Canada Corp. aims to leverage technology, including XR, to innovate and enhance solutions within the rehabilitation sector.
