The Critical Incident Services Supervisor, directs, and oversees the day-to-day operations of Critical Incident Coordinators. The focus of the supervisor is to ensure high degree of customer service towards the provider network. The supervisor is actively involved in ensuring the tasks are completed and that service levels are met.
They will need to identify process improvements to the provider service delivery model. This individual will be leading a fully remote team and will need to adapt their leadership style accordingly.
This role will drive the monthly results for increased revenue in Health Care Service Delivery and ensure audit process is in place for billing information compiled and sent to customers.
- 3 years minimum in a people leader role;
- Generate and present to senior leadership monthly KPI and SLA’s reports;
- Fully bilingual (English/French);
- Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deliverables;
- Develop and coach employees within TELUS Health’s values;
- Capacity to work with different stake holders at various levels;
- Ability to work in a high stress and fast paced environment.
