Flipp's Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content. These experiences help Shoppers decide what to buy and where to buy it. Flipp then connects those retailer and manufacturer experiences to millions of shoppers through Flipp's owned and operated channels.

Reporting to the Sr. Learning and Growth Manager, the Learning and Growth Lead is responsible to research, design and support a progressive Flipp Learning and Growth program including building a roadmap of training programs for Flipp team members in the areas of Flipp's leadership behaviours, culture, functional training, and programs as needed/ identified from our internal needs analysis. The Learning & Growth Lead is also responsible to build and leverage systems, tools and documentation of assets for online learning and ongoing reference inside Flipp's learning platform.

**What you'll get the opportunity to do**:
**Training Design, Program Management & Facilitation***:

- Project-manage and support strategy, design and roadmap creation to deliver and maintain effective learning and growth practices that contribute toward building a high-performance organization
- Use a consulting approach to understand capability gaps and developing a learning strategy aligned to support business outcomes for their client groups
- Create and facilitate end-to-end training in the areas that include but are not limited to coaching and leadership, functional training content
- Implement curriculum design principles and standards that ensure both consistency, flexibility and sustainability of learning materials
- Leverage content, digital platforms and knowledge management best practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
- Create and deliver training in the areas of individual contributor and culture specific training content. Provide regular feedback and improvements on content to ensure it is optimized for maximum effectiveness across teams.

**Surveys, Reporting and Analytics**:

- Leverage our engagement survey data to drive divisional insights that uncover business needs and insights
- Provide reporting on our talent systems for both tactical support (i.e. talent review data, PGP, etc), and, to drive insights for new initiatives in the business
- Assist in the development of dashboards and analytics related to training to understand effectiveness
- Define and report on agreed-upon performance metrics/KPI's to evaluate training programs that allow coaches and leadership teams to clearly measure progress and gaps against milestones

**Learning Management System and all other training documentation and tools**:

- Support in launching and scaling of a LMS tool
- Build and utilize systems and tools including confluence to provide ongoing resources and toolkits for all team members to access.
- Responsible for the content library inside Flipp's LMS software
- Design learning content aligned with industry and external trends that lead to highest participation and impact.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 3-5 years of experience managing learning in growth in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing an LMS tool is required
- Strong experience with facilitation, Powerpoint and creating decks
- Experience in data informed decision making
- Knowledge and experience with managing large scale program launches end to end
- Strong bias to action and executional excellence in both leadership and functional learning
- Expertise in adult learning principles and basics of instructional design
- Excellent knowledge on learning and development industry best practices
- Strong business acumen to liaise with managers across the organization
- Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills
- Able to handle confidential information in an ethical manner
