**Your Impact**

As the Growth Account Manager - Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving and overseeing growth initiatives within the assigned region for Deliverect. Your primary responsibility will be to champion and manage business expansion efforts, ensuring a robust and sustainable growth trajectory. Leading a dynamic team of Growth Account Managers, you will guide them toward achieving strategic objectives and exceeding targets. This leadership role is tailored for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing growth teams.

**A Typical Day**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the region, analyzing customer data to identify up-selling opportunities and maximize revenue growth. Relay and train the team on the strategy for effective implementation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five Growth Account Managers, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets. Utilize data analytics to optimize team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support and enhance growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate effectively with product and implementation teams regarding integrations.
- Ensure team members are provided with necessary training and resources to succeed.
