We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Lead Generation Marketing Manager** to join our team. This net new role is critical to meet our market expansion goals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing lead-generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads. You'll own a marketing budget to determine the optimal program mix to fill the sales pipeline cost-effectively to ensure a lead-nurturing process that ultimately contributes to revenue growth.

**What will you do?**
- Own the implementation and continuous management of the infrastructure to capture, track, automate, and nurture leads
- Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales pipeline cost-effectively by optimizing the marketing budget
- Manage web assets and maximize website conversion rate through changes to website structure, design, and content
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and valuable assets, such as podcasts, whitepapers, ebooks, blog posts, and videos, to attract and educate prospects
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support lead-generation efforts
- Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success to optimize future initiatives and measure the acquisition cost for each marketing channel to maximize ROI

**You have**:

- Experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation marketing
- Demonstrable success in lead generation and maximizing ROI
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Excellent intrapersonal, verbal communication, business writing, and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in marketing technologies (CRM, CMS, CPD, marketing automation, web analytics) to manage and track leads
- Previous experience in SAAS, technology, or finance is a plus
