**Lead Generator**

**As our Lead Generator you will**:

- Have data mining techniques to mine data warehouses and generate market opportunities for our clients.
- Proactively provide solutions to support their manager by suggesting new ideas and processes.
- Generate market analysis reports for clients, business monitoring and optimization, and reporting regularly to clients.
- Validate the quality and integrity of the data included in all reporting.
- Update CRM data by keeping accurate record and details of new leads
- Utilize various market research techniques to locate new lead opportunities and source prospective client information.

**As a Lead Generator, you must have**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent fluency in English.
- Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, and share findings.
- Knowledge in working with CRM software/systems.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge or Experience in the construction industry
