Digital Marketing Coordinator

**VP, Digital Marketing**
The mission of the
**Digital Marketing Coordinator** is to provide support for our paid media ad campaigns (Google/Bing Search & Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc). You will provide support by pulling data/reports and presenting in an easy-to-digest fashion, building campaigns, monitoring, optimizing, and managing small projects.
**What you get to do every day**:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, affiliates, social media campaigns and new initiatives. Assist with developing, coordinating and maintaining multiple marketing channels for different brands as needed.
- Assist the digital marketing team with planning and coordinating of strategic projects, new content, and store marketing efforts. General marketing support including inbox management, meetings planning, taking comprehensive notes and timely follow-ups.
- Manage weekly ongoing Marketing projects and new business intake and updates within Wrike/Asana.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new initiatives and share learnings and insights based on reports pulled.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing metrics, track the performance of campaigns, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and capture the impact of changes, identify areas of concern, and monitor trends. Actively monitor traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, cart abandonment, return rates, and implement optimizations.
- Help maintain competitive and historical trackers, marketing calendars and other planning tools.
**What you bring to the role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent field. Related work experience considered in lieu of education.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills and ability to work collaboratively with external agencies/partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage details, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup) is required.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Canva, Web Analytics (Heap) is a plus. Google Analytics familiarity is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with proficient understanding of metrics and reporting, with an ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
