Marketing Manager

This position will report into the **VP of Marketing.**
**What you get to do every day**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, maintaining brand integrity and identity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Drive lead generation initiatives, including the development of lead magnets, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
**What you bring to the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and/or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
