**What you get to do every day**:

- Contribute to the monthly marketing campaign planning process as a key stakeholder. Lead the development of personalization capabilities to support channel growth and help drive business performance.
- Manage the daily quality assurance process with various stakeholders from ecom-merchandising and creative to ensure the on-time delivery and accuracy of campaigns.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Retail experience a plus.
- Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment.
- Most importantly, you must be someone who is a self-starter, has a positive attitude, and is open to learning.
