**Job Summary**
**What you will be doing**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target markets.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather contact information and generate leads.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract prospective clients.

**Outreach and Engagement**:

- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their eligibility for our services.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients to ensure continuous engagement.

**Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and statuses in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and results.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and client acquisition.

**Your Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian immigration process and programs is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
