**What You Will Do**:

- Perform clerical tasks including typing reports, maintain records and update database, invoicing, processing forms and insurance claims
- Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from any outstanding invoices
- Maintain paper and electronic office files related to the company’s operations
- Manage service technician’s appointment schedules, service calls, inspections, and accommodating special requests from clients

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Post-secondary education in Administration an asset
- Previous administrative experience required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and/or previous experience in the home medical industry an asset
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology tools quickly as well as basic typing abilities
- Ability to stay focused, strong attention to detail, and effective in managing multiple priorities
