- Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and referencing while adhering to all recruitment policies and procedures
- Provide recommendations on new recruitment channels
- Track vacancies and report statistics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare new hire packages
- Facilitate and participate in the orientation process for new hires
- Help coordinate with training

Qualifications:

- College or University degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruitment position
- Experience using Success factors Applicant Tracking System considered an asset
- Applicants should be familiar with employment legislation including the Workers' Compensation Act, Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code and any other related legislation.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Google suite products
- Able to complete work within specified timelines
- Willingness to perform various tasks as required
