About the Role

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for administering a full range of employee-related services, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations, addressing and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage performance appraisals, ensuring employees receive regular feedback and coaching.
  • Administer HRIS and Time and Attendance Systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain employee databases and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departments, ensuring timely and complete information exchange.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A college diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources department.
  • Designation in Human Resources (CHRP) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
