About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist, providing administrative support and ensuring a positive employee relations environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Administer all phases of hourly recruitment, including temporary employees.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate and manage hourly performance appraisals, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Administer new hires in the HRIS and Time and Attendance System, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain employee databases and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate and manage employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain communication boards, ensuring timely and effective communication with employees.
Requirements
  • College Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent in training.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Department.
  • Designation in Human Resources (CHRP) is an asset.
  • Personal computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply company policies.
