Join Our Team as a Receptionist/Product advisor

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill our Receptionist/Administrative role. As part of our team, you will play a key role in providing superior customer service and administrative support to our dynamic sales and install teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and routing them to relevant staff members
- Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor and assisting with initial inquiries
- Scheduling sales/install appointments and updating calendars efficiently
- Completing clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Managing client records accurately in our computerized system
- Handling payments and maintaining financial records
- Providing administrative support to sales and install teams

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative position
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk procedures
- Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-24
