As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the retail security sector.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Business Development Manager** at CNSS Security, you will drive new business growth by identifying and developing relationships with key retail clients. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to shape the future of the company and its position in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the retail security and loss prevention sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to the CEO to help refine our service offerings and strategic direction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote CNSS Security.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the **retail security** or **loss prevention** industry.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach through to closing deals and ongoing account management.
- Proactively cold approach and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Strong network and understanding of the retail security market.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and prospects in various locations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and present tailored security solutions to prospective clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
