As the **Business Development Manager**, you will play a crucial role in driving both growth and marketing strategies for **Swan Chain Project**. This role combines business development with marketing, giving you full ownership of developing strategic partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and expanding our customer base. We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, and expertise in digital marketing and business development.

**Location**:Toronto or Montreal (hybrid work model: 3 days per week work from office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead a team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with other Web3 companies, blockchain projects, and technology providers.
- Own the entire social content development process, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and is platform specific.
- Plan, support, and manage the execution of events (including international events) for business and marketing outreach.
- Present compelling value propositions to potential clients, working closely with internal teams to support the sales process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, MBA preferably
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in business development or marketing within the **Web3 or blockchain industry.**:

- Proven track record of successful partnership development and marketing campaigns.
- **Fluent in English**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Strong project management abilities** with a results-driven mindset.
- Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Discord) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms).
- Experience **managing external partnerships and negotiations for mutual growth.**:

- Highly responsible and proactive, with a focus on delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
