Business Development Manager

**Swan Cloud Inc.** (as a part of Nebula AI group), established in 2018, is the first true decentralized cloud infrastructure tailored for the future of decentralized AI. Utilizing OP superchain technology, it pioneers in merging Web3 with AI by providing comprehensive solutions across storage, computing, bandwidth, and payments. By tapping into underutilized computing power across a network of community data centers, its integration facilitates a significant reduction in computing costs by up to 70% while enabling the monetization of dormant computing assets.
As the **Business Development Manager**, you will play a crucial role in driving both growth and marketing strategies for **Swan Chain Project**. This role combines business development with marketing, giving you full ownership of developing strategic partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and expanding our customer base. We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, and expertise in digital marketing and business development.
**Location**:Toronto or Montreal (hybrid work model: 3 days per week work from office)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead a team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with other Web3 companies, blockchain projects, and technology providers.
- Own the entire social content development process, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and is platform specific.
- Plan, support, and manage the execution of events (including international events) for business and marketing outreach.
- Present compelling value propositions to potential clients, working closely with internal teams to support the sales process.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, MBA preferably
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in business development or marketing within the **Web3 or blockchain industry.**:
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and marketing campaigns.
- **Fluent in English**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Strong project management abilities** with a results-driven mindset.
- Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Discord) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms).
- Experience **managing external partnerships and negotiations for mutual growth.**:
- Highly responsible and proactive, with a focus on delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
