Office Administrator

Job responsibility include assisting the Sales team in leasing of equipment through various leasing partners. Documentation and coordination of paper work with the customers. Invoicing and charging customers for Rentals and services. Working with finance to achieve a low receivables. Managing Inventory and Managing office.
