We are currently hiring for a **full time Operations Administrator - Investments **to join our Client Experience team in **Burlington**.

**Position Overview**

**What You Will Do**
- Process/complete operational tasks that include account opening, non-financial updates, transfer initiation and follow ups, account closures, troubleshooting system issues and more
- Provide support to and work with other departments as required for multi-faceted issues
- Work on project-specific tasks relating to procedural updates
- Assisting and supporting the Client Experience team on ad-hoc items

**You Will Bring**:

- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride over your work
- Experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries is an asset
