The Weigh Scale Operator role is responsible for all facets of the truck weighing process including scale operation, data collection and entry and general administrative support ensuring accuracy in inventory and contract management.

**What we expect you to do**:

- Operate the truck weigh scale and accurately record weights and associated data into meyer inventory management system;
- Facilitate cash transactions, opening and end of day cash balancing;
- Verify materials incoming and outgoing against relevant invoice, assist with load checking as directed;
- Conduct site surveillance from scale house in accordance with established guidelines and report any and all issues arising from unauthorized personnel on or around the property;
- Provide exceptional customer service to members of the public, company drivers and/or third party brokers in accordance company values;
- Perform general administrative duties as required;
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**When**:

- Monday to Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)
- Saturday (8:00AM - 12:00PM)
- Summer - Every Saturday
- Winter - Weekly Rotation (where possible)

**You have**:

- Standards that mirror Triple M Metal’s Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Team and Pride;
- An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent;
- Previous weigh scale and/or cash experience would be an asset;
- Previous experience performing general administrative duties;
- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

Previous experience working in a similar environment would be an asset.
