**Hotel Front Desk Agent & Night Relief**

We are looking for vibrant & lively Front Office Associate to come on board. Someone who will go beyond the ordinary for our guests and our team. Someone who will work towards increasing customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, and courteous service from check-in through check-out.

First impressions are everything As a Front Desk Associate, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

If you have a knack for customer service and have work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you.
- **What you will be doing**:_
- Welcome guests to the hotel.
- Register, process, and greet customers promptly.
- Respond to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings.
- Allocate rooms and issue appropriate keys.
- Minimize loss of revenue by adhering to all established credit procedures upon check-in.
- Monitor customer accounts to insure adherence to hotel credit limits by completing high balance reports and verify accuracy of registration information.
- Identifies and records any special billing instructions.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding the use of cash till.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and superiors.
- Demonstrate teamwork by co-operating and assisting colleagues as needed.
- Handle difficult situations effectively.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and effectively assists the hotel guests.
- Respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Has work experience in a Hotel Front Desk Associate, Customer Service or similar role.
- Experience with hotel PMS - Visual Matrix is an asset.
- Is Fluent in English
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and or Mandarin) is an asset.
- Has Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Degree in hotel management is a plus.
- Is Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts 11pm to 7am, when required.
- Has Schedule flexibility - available to work weekends and holiday - mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
