Front Desk Agent

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming our guests and accurately verifying all information during the check in process and following up during check out.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: posting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the day's transactions; running relevant reports;
- This role provides a wonderful introduction to the hotel industry as it allows interaction with several areas of the hotel.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A minimum of one-year previous hotel experience is preferred but not required
- A friendly personality and a "can do" attitude.
- This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for guest service, values problem resolution, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand English.
- Able to maintain professional standards while multi-tasking in an extremely busy environment.
- Able to communicate with guests in a confident and pleasing manner in a variety of situations.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be a team player but able to work independently.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.75-$22.71 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
