**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for team members.
- Support business development efforts by conducting market research and identifying potential opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
- Coordinate project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials.
- Foster a positive office environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of business development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 24 per week
