- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management procedures is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in training development or team management is a bonus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
**Job Type**: Part-time
