Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient workflow.
- Supervise front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Provide support in team management activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in payroll processing is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
